One of the first settlements of northern European residents, listed by the Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua as a place of its own.
To find you: Both spellings are used on maps and in listings. Give the street name as it is on the sign.
Among the old groves
Every urbanization of l’Alfàs del Pi
The orange, olive and almond groves were built over with chalets, and each estate took a name. These are the official names in the toponymy of the Acadèmia Valenciana de la Llengua, with the spelling you may know from a rental listing beside them.

Over the boundary: La Nucía, Polop, Altea, Benidorm
- La Nucía. Borders l’Alfàs to the north and to the west, along the Carretera de l’Alfàs a la Nucia.
- Polop. l’Alfàs belonged to Polop until 1784, when it became a municipality of its own.
- Altea. Borders the north-east of the municipality; Camí Vell d’Altea runs from Albir towards it. Covered too.
- Benidorm. Borders the south; the Serra Gelada is shared between the two. Covered too.

We live in La Nucía, up the hill from l’Alfàs. Is that too far?
No. La Nucía borders l’Alfàs to the north and the west and is part of the area at any hour. The estimate you are given on the phone includes the drive.
Do you cover Altea and Benidorm as well?
Yes, both towns are inside the area. Give the street and the nearest landmark, as you would anywhere else.
