Locksmith Alfaz del Pi is a mobile locksmith based in l’Alfàs del Pi. No counter, no waiting room: the workshop travels in the van, and the conversation happens on the phone, in English or in Spanish.

Why a van and not a shop? Because a lock is fixed where it hangs. Every job on this site, from a seized slider in Albir to a dead safe in a villa on the hill, is done at the door itself. Where the van goes.

How a visit goes, whoever you are
A resident home after a season away, an agency with lets in Albir, a guest on a first trip to Spain: the visit runs the same way.
- An estimate, not a promise. The drive is judged for your street at that hour. Nobody quotes you ten minutes to keep you on the line.
- Money settled first. The lock is looked at, the choices are explained, and the figure is agreed with you before a tool touches it.
- Gentle before quick. Latch and cylinder are tried before anything that leaves a mark.
- The right person at the door. Whoever asks for it to be opened shows it is theirs, or the owner confirms by phone.
- Fix before swap. A keep moved, a gearbox freed, a cylinder rather than a whole lock, where that does the job.
- Locked when we leave. If a part had to come out, a new one went in.
- Paper that says what happened. An invoice listing the work and the parts, in the name you choose.

- No key cutting, copying or duplication, for any lock.
- No extra keys for a house, a gate, a garage, a mailbox or a padlock.
- No car keys: not cut, not supplied, not replaced, not programmed.
- No transponder chips and no vehicle remotes.
- No ignition barrels or ignition switches.
- No keys for motorbikes, scooters or vans.
For cars the job is opening a locked door, and it stops there. The car lockout page says it in full.

No testimonials, on purpose
